MSc’s maintenance services are a combination of meticulous documentation, streamlined processes and in-depth expertise rooted in a long tradition and devotion to customer service. This ensures a long lifespan and high availability for your equipment.

Service guaranteed for decades to come
All of MSc’s converters have been designed, manufactured and tested at our own facilities in the past 40 years.
We keep comprehensive, up-to-date records of every item we have manufactured and serviced, which means that we have a thorough understanding of the history of every individual converter manufactured by us. When a customer sends their converter in for servicing, we review our records and product-specific service plans to determine when it was last serviced, which parts have already been replaced, and which parts are due for replacement next. Furthermore, the original test and assembly documentation can be referred to, if necessary. We also keep storage of original spare parts to cater for the equipment that has been in use for ten or twenty years.
Proactive customer service
MSc treats every converter sent in for service in a holistic way. Based on the history data and our knowledge of the lifespan of various components, in addition to replacing the faulty parts, we also review which parts should be replaced next to ensure the optimal operation of the equipment. Our thorough failure analysis detects any other possible repair or replacement needs.
To help customers ensure the best maintenance for their equipment, every customer delivery comes with a detailed preventive maintenance plan listing the recommended service intervals for every application and component.
Streamlined service process
MSc follows a process based on the Lean methodology. The principles of Lean and a hands-on supervision method ensure a service process in which every step is documented and verified. This results in high quality service that is also quick, compact and cost-efficient.
Every maintenance work comes with a 1-year guarantee.
