MSc to deliver Supercapacitor Energy Storage System (SCESS) for grid stabilization application

MSc will be delivering a SCESS for a grid stabilisation application to a Scandinavian power plant control system provider. 

The increase in the deployment of renewable energy and the developments in the electricity market call for new solutions that help to stabilize the power grid. MSc’s upcoming delivery is part of a solution that will be piloted by the customer at the end of this year. The pilot consists of power controller and storage HW provided by MSc and the intelligent control system developed by the customer.

MSc has over 20 year’s track-record of manufacturing SCESS for various applications. With this new pilot project, MSc enters the grid stabilization market.
